About the role
Due to a strong and growing pipeline of fit out projects across the commercial office and education sectors, our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager ready to run their own jobs with plenty of autonomy.
What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of site operations on large commercial fit out projects
- Delivering across the commercial office and education sectors
- Managing subcontractors, site programmes, quality and WHS
- Working with Project Directors and Project Managers on seamless delivery
- Running your jobs autonomously - you're trusted to get on with it
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects - office fit out experience essential
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-value, complex builds
- Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
- Someone who values strong culture and takes real pride in their work
- Saturdays as worked as requirement but aren’t in the program
