About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will focus on the technical design of shiploaders and bulk material handling equipment. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of brownfield projects in multiple locations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Structural design and analysis of shiploaders, conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, and related equipment
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering teams
- Conduct site inspections and support fabrication and installation activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Degree in Structural Engineering
- Proven experience with shiploaders, material handling equipment, or maritime projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis tools such as STAAD.Pro or ANSYS
- Strong understanding of steel structures, fatigue, and dynamic loading
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
