The Role
You will lead a $40M, 4-level aged care facility in Melbourne’s south-east. This is a hands-on, senior site management role where you’ll oversee all aspects of delivery, manage your team, and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering $30M–$50M multi-storey builds, ideally in aged care, education, or community infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Tier 2 experience highly regarded.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a safe, high-performing site.
- A people-first, family-friendly culture with flexible arrangements and RDO rotation.
- Exposure to modern, tech-forward project delivery.
- Career progression across a strong aged care and community project pipeline (up to $60M).
- Team celebrations, milestone events, and a supportive leadership team.
- A business with excellent subcontractor relationships
