Our client is a well-capitalised property developer with an established national platform and an exciting pipeline of residential communities across Queensland.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Brisbane-based development team and lead the delivery of significant master-planned residential projects.
Reporting to the State Development Head, you will take ownership of multiple developments from procurement through to construction and completion, managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
In addition to project delivery, you will play an important role in improving project management processes, procurement frameworks and delivery standards as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple residential development projects across Queensland.
- Manage project programmes, procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.
- Oversee consultants, contractors and external project managers to achieve commercial and project outcomes.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Drive value management initiatives and mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate with internal development, sales and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project delivery systems, procurement processes and governance.
About You
You will be an experienced project management professional with a strong track record delivering residential developments.
Ideally you will possess:
- 10+ years' project management experience within residential, land lease, retirement living or master-planned communities.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related discipline.
