This is a high-impact role for a seasoned project delivery professional who thrives on autonomy and enjoys working across a diverse range of stakeholders. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream building & property projects, from feasibility and stakeholder engagement through to design development, procurement, construction, and operational handover, ensuring outcomes that support the operational, and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent capital and transformation projects across their physical property
- Overseeing project risk, governance, and reporting, including preparing high-quality documentation such as business cases, feasibility studies, risk registers, and status reports, while providing strategic advice to support senior stakeholder decision-making
- Leading inclusive stakeholder engagement and team mentoring, ensuring procurement protocols, and WHS standards, while embedding sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement across project delivery
- Tertiary qualifications in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience), with demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end projects across feasibility, design, procurement, and construction, of non-residential assets
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and change management practices, within a complex organisational environment
- Demonstrated Client-side leadership and ability to work autonomously, managing competing priorities across dynamic, multi-site environments
- Those living in Western Sydney with demonstrated experience directly employed by owners or operators of Social Infrastructure (Non Road/Rail) assets, or PM consultancies.
