This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension(s) at the conclusion of the initial duration. Please note you must hold a current Australian Citizenship to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for the end-to-end delivery of BCP and IT Infrastructure decommissioning projects, including project initiation, planning, documentation, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Hold accountability for the creation and management of project scope, budget, schedule, risk and resources.
- Collaborate with teams across business verticals, information technology, and 3rd party vendors to drive strong project governance.
- Act as an advocate for the uplift of project delivery maturity, influence organisation-wide stakeholders to transform their processes and systems, and deliver change management activities.
- Demonstrable experience in Senior Project Management positions with relevant experience in delivering Business Continuity Planning and IT Infrastructure projects (e.g. decommissioning, archiving, data migration, or transition).
- Relevant Project Management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded, but not mandatory.
- Experience in highly regulated environments with several conflicting priorities.
