About the Role
As Senior Manager - Private Capital, you will play a pivotal role in driving capital inflows across value-add and core real estate strategies. Leveraging established networks across High Net Worth individuals, Family Offices, and Wealth Platforms, you will be responsible for originating, developing, and maintaining long-term investor relationships.
Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and investor relations teams, you will contribute to the ongoing growth and positioning of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising Strategy
Lead the execution and delivery of capital raising initiatives in line with business objectives. - Investor Relationship Management
Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with existing and prospective investors. - Marketing & Campaign Management
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver targeted investor marketing campaigns. - Business Development
Identify and secure new investment opportunities across private capital, platforms, asset consultants, and research houses.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial services, distribution, or business development.

Proven capital raising experience within Australian unlisted property, alternatives, or fixed income investments.

An established network across HNW, Family Offices, and Wealth Platforms.

Demonstrated success in investment management, sales, or distribution roles.

Strong understanding of property as an asset class and the ability to clearly articulate the value of unlisted real estate.

A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
