The role
Reporting to the QLD State Lead you will be responsible for the delivery of industrial projects across Queensland. Your role will cover:
- Working with major tenants for pre-commits and design
- Managing consultants through design and design and construction
- Appointing and managing PM consultants and builders
- Full financial management of projects from feasibility through to project cost management
- Managing council and approvals processes
- Assisting with new acquisitions
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in property development with the ability to demonstrate industrial project expertise. You will have a solid understanding of end to end project delivery. This is a small team, therefore you will be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages concurrently. You will have strong leadership skills or a desire to develop and mentor other Development Managers.
