This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension(s) at the conclusion of the initial duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery, impact assessment, and business analysis activities across the entire project lifecycle, including functional and non-functional requirement gathering with a particular focus on Business Continuity Planning and IT Infrastructure decommissioning.
- Own and facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities, bringing stakeholders on the delivery journey and influencing outcomes.
- Work with technical, infrastructure, and risk teams to develop process maps, BRDs, models, solution design, and requirements traceability to ensure the delivered solutions are fit-for-purpose and compliant.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of business analysis practices, standard, and tools through the PMO, including testing and validation activities (e.g. acceptance criteria definition, UAT, validation).
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in Business Analysis positions delivering Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, or IT Infrastructure transition, transformation, or decommissioning projects.
- Relevant technical knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, with substantial experience in BCP and IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence outcomes in an environment going through significant change, meanwhile creating and maintaining top-notch documentation.
