About the role
- Managing inbound enquiries from our database
- Proactively following up existing enquiries within the database to re-engage customers and guide them toward booking an appointment
- Having thoughtful conversations to understand each customer’s situation
- Pre-qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team
- Meeting Melbourne-based clients face-to-face where required
- Supporting the broader sales team, including occasional coverage when needed
- Providing simple summaries of call outcomes and feedback to help refine our approach and better understand our customers
- Experience in Land Lease Communities preferred (Retirement Living also considered)
- Confident and professional on the phone, with a naturally warm approach
- Strong Administration and CRM skills and high attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and in person
