Step into a pivotal leadership role with a leading developer and builder delivering medium density and new homes across Melbourne's western growth corridors. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in volume home building sales - someone who ideally knows the western suburbs market, understands the buyer, and has a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
This is a newly created position with real scope to shape the sales function for your region. You'll lead a team of Sales Consultants across active projects, driving performance while gaining valuable exposure to built form development alongside construction; an excellent platform for a volume builder sales leader ready to expand their expertise.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Sales Consultants across medium density and new home projects in the west
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve project targets and settlement outcomes
- Analyse sales data, market trends and buyer insights to sharpen strategy and results
- Partner closely with development, construction, marketing and design teams
- Implement sales processes, training and performance frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
- Champion an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to settlement
- Recruit and develop sales talent as the team and project pipeline grows
About You
- Proven success in volume home building sales, with 5+ years in a sales leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne's western suburbs market - buyers, corridors and competitors
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to adapt to a dual developer and builder environment (built form and construction)
- Commercial acumen and a genuine understanding of the Victorian residential market
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for quality product and delivering an exceptional customer experience
