- Overseeing facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset compliance across multiple hospital or healthcare sites
- Leading the planning and delivery of capital works, refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades
- Managing budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes for all projects
- Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Ensuring all works align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Supporting long-term asset planning, sustainability, and risk management initiatives
