Working within a specialist and experienced asset management team, you will coordinate financial processes, support commercial decision-making, and ensure compliance with key project agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial administration, including invoice processing, approvals, reporting and project cost tracking.
- Maintain financial registers and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
- Support the management of commercial arrangements across construction, facilities management, and operational partners.
- Review, interpret, and monitor compliance with major contracts and project agreements.
- Prepare financial documents, cost advice, and inputs to commercial assessments.
- Assist with risk and compliance activities, including maintaining legal and commercial records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, operators, and external stakeholders.
You will bring a strong foundation in financial administration and commercial support, ideally gained in environments involving complex contracts, property, infrastructure, or large operational assets.
You will have:
- Experience in financial or commercial management within multi-party environments (PPP, infrastructure, property, construction, FM, or similar).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, contract terms, and reporting requirements.
- Ability to interpret commercial documents and participate in contract administration.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with the confidence to influence and problem-solve.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and accountability.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
