Reporting into the Financial Controller, the role includes:
-Financial reporting and accounting
-Property and operational accounting
-Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
-Investor and lender reporting
-Compliance and controls
-Systems and process improvement
The Person
CA/CPA or working towards these qualifications. 2-5 years of work experience in business services or property accounting will ensure your success in this role. A keen interest in systems is essential as finance supports the business through this next stage of growth.The Group
