- Proven experience managing large, complex projects within a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive consensus
- Residential experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
