Our client is a tier 2 main contractor that specialises in commercial, residential, health and eductaion building projects ranging from $50M to $200M. They’re seeking an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record to initially take the lead on an $80Mil school project.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major building projects
- Manage programs, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Mentor and guide a high-performing project team
- Report project progress and risks to senior leadership
What You Bring
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- 7+ years delivering large‑scale building projects ($50M+)
- Strong commercial and technical construction knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with construction and project management software
