We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with proven experience in a professional services environment in New Zealand to support our growing portfolio of work.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Project Managers and leadership team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest professional standards.
You will be responsible for:

Coordinating project documentation, reports, and deliverables

Supporting project planning, scheduling, and programme tracking

Managing financial administration including budgets, invoicing, and cost tracking

Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action registers
-
Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
-
Maintaining project governance and compliance documentation
-
Supporting risk management and quality assurance processes
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a professional consultancy environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator

Previous experience working in a professional services environment in New Zealand (essential)

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks

Excellent document control and reporting skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational capability

Confident stakeholder communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ideally working knowledge of Procore or similar PM software

The legal right to work in New Zealand
Experience supporting infrastructure, property, construction, or advisory projects will be highly regarded.
