This role will be based in their head office in the CBD, and report into the Operations Director. You will collaborate closely with the Office Manager as well as the Head of Human Resources.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting media relations;
- Helping write press material;
- Supporting event coordination (both internal events and those with external sponsorship partners such as the Art Gallery of NSW and Sculptures By The Sea);
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns and engaging content across digital, print, and social channels;
- Managing websites, SEO, email marketing, and social media accounts
- Ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms
- Analysing trends and competitor activity
- Monitoring campaign results (e.g. engagement, leads, ROI) and optimising strategies
Overall, the role combines communication, creativity, strategy, and analytics to build brand awareness, as well as maintaining a positive public and employer image.
This role will suit someone with 2-4 years' stable experience across either PR or Marketing, but is seeking an all encompassing role.
