PMO Manager – Major Industrial Development Projects Confidential Client | National Developer & Asset Owner

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced PMO Manager to join a growing and well-capitalised organisation delivering large-scale industrial and infrastructure developments nationally.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing and managing project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting structures, and operational oversight across a significant national development pipeline. Working closely with senior leadership and project delivery teams, you will play a key role in driving consistency, efficiency, and successful project outcomes across multiple states.

The business is experiencing strong growth and is investing heavily in new-build industrial and logistics developments throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) function across a national project portfolio
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, reporting standards, systems, and controls
  • Drive consistency in project delivery, risk management, procurement, scheduling, and commercial performance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and delivery teams across multiple projects
  • Provide executive-level reporting and strategic oversight on project performance, timelines, budgets, and resourcing
  • Support the ongoing scaling and optimisation of the project delivery function nationally
About You
  • Proven experience operating as a PMO Manager or senior project operations leader within construction, development, or infrastructure
  • Strong background across large-scale new-build industrial, logistics, or warehouse projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-project environments across various states
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership capability
  • Ability to implement systems, structure, and process improvements within growing project team
