About the Role

You’ll manage diaries and travel, prepare polished documents and presentations, coordinate meetings and events, and handle stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support including diary management, travel coordination, expenses, and confidential correspondence
- Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation with a strong eye for detail
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and team activities including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Manage office administration including procurement, record keeping, and supplier coordination
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive experience
- Support ongoing process improvements that enhance team efficiency and collaboration
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Administrator within property, real estate or professional services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable demeanour
