About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant who’s ready to take the next step into a broader Personal Assistant position. You’ll provide high-level support to senior leaders while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a dynamic and fast-paced office.

You’ll manage diaries and travel, prepare polished documents and presentations, coordinate meetings and events, and handle stakeholder communications. With a hand in everything from onboarding new starters to keeping the office running smoothly, this is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone outgoing, bubbly, and confident liaising across all levels. It offers genuine scope for growth within a leading property group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level support including diary management, travel coordination, expenses, and confidential correspondence
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation with a strong eye for detail
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and team activities including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Manage office administration including procurement, record keeping, and supplier coordination
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and positive experience
  • Support ongoing process improvements that enhance team efficiency and collaboration
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Administrator within property, real estate or professional services
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable demeanour
