This business boasts an easy-going culture with a relatively flat structure, giving you direct access to C-suite and decision makers. There is plenty of cross-pollination between the teams to provide extra resources as needed. There are two other BD Leads to provide assistance.
They are seeking an Energy Lead to lead and build out the Energy division.
This will include:
- Business development into the Energy Sector including NSP's, Private Developers, OEM's
- Identifying opportunities and developing projects
- Leading projects and technical teams - strong project management skills
- Maintaining strong relationships with Contractors
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong existing relationships within the NSW Energy Sector
- Technical background - ability to deliver projects as needed
- Easy-going demeanor and a self-starter
- Consultancy background
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
This role is based in Sydney's CBD, typically 1 day per week WFH. A competitive salary with extra incentives will be provided.
