- Lead the electrical engineering scope across studies, detailed design, and project execution phases
- Prepare and review electrical engineering designs, specifications, reports, and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership and discipline expertise within multidisciplinary project teams
- Support the development of capital cost estimates, engineering schedules, and project plans
- Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian and international standards, regulations, and company procedures
- Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover activities
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
- Apply robust QA/QC processes to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality engineering outcomes
