The Role
This is a broad Investment Analyst role sitting within a lean, high-calibre team, offering exposure across transactions, asset management, leasing strategy and development.
You will work directly with senior leadership to support investment decision-making, while actively contributing to value creation initiatives across an evolving portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support acquisition and transaction activity including underwriting, due diligence and execution
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, feasibility and scenario analysis)
- Assist with Investment Committee papers, submissions and deal documentation
- Analyse asset performance, leasing metrics and income optimisation strategies
- Support repositioning initiatives and capital deployment across existing assets
- Assist in evaluating development and redevelopment opportunities
- Undertake market research across multiple asset classes to identify trends and opportunities nationally
- Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to support deal execution
About You
- 4–6 years’ experience in property, funds management, valuation, development or advisory
- Strong financial modelling capability across DCF, feasibility or valuation
- Exposure to transactions, development or asset management environments
- Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond the numbers
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
