A genuinely rare executive appointment for a commercially driven leader ready to own the growth agenda of one of Victoria's leading residential building groups. Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, this role sits at the commercial heart of a multi-brand, high-volume operation spanning metro and regional Victoria - with full accountability for leading and unifying sales, marketing, and House & Land strategy across multiple residential brands and channels.
This is not a purely strategic or operational role – it requires a proven operator who can set the direction, build the structure, align the teams, and stand behind the numbers.

What You'll Lead
- Sales - Group-wide strategy, conversion performance, display network effectiveness, pipeline management, and channel optimisation across retail, wholesale, investor, and developer segments
- Marketing - Oversight of brand strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, campaigns, media, content, events, and external agency management across all brands
- House & Land - Estate relationships, package strategy, developer partnerships, and channel performance
- People - Multiple sales and marketing leaders across metro and regional Victoria, with a mandate to build capability, accountability, and culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior leader with extensive experience in residential building and construction in VIC
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale Sales and Marketing functions across multiple brands, regions, or business units
- Deep understanding of the Victorian housing market - retail, House & Land, investor, wholesale, and developer channels
- Strong grasp of display home networks, estate strategies, and package-based sales models
- Commercial acumen matched by the ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution
- A genuine people leader - someone who builds high-performing teams, not just high-performing spreadsheets
- The resilience, maturity, and confidence to lead through complexity and market change
