The Role
-broad, hands on generalist role to assist CFO during a busy period
-proven senior experience in a finance team, covering month end reporting, management accounting, shareholder reporting
-Strong commercial acumen / proven ability to come above the numbers to understand and articulate commercial drivers
-Ability to flex between working with leadership team and being across the detail in key areas of finance
-Proven ability managing small teams
-Managed multiple/demanding stakeholders
-Experience in vendor due diligence processes preferred
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and an experienced Finance Manager/Controller with broad, generalist experience in the property sector. Vendor due diligence experience is highly desirable.
