The Role
Reporting into the CFO and driving process improvement and automation, the role includes:
-managing a team of 5 including Senior Accountants and Accounts Officers
-lead the evolution of finance from a traditional reporting function into a highly automated, in-sight driven commercial partner
-establish a dedicated FP&A capability supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and decision support
-systems integration and process improvement
-oversee financial reporting and governance
-create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
The Person
-CA/CPA or CFA qualifications
-experience in commercial finance, finance transformation or business partnering leadership roles
-prior property investment, development or funds is essential
