About the Role

This is an exciting 6 month contract opportunity with immediate start and strong potential to convert to permanent for the right person. Supporting a close knit investment team, you will play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly while providing trusted and seamless support.

You will support multiple senior stakeholders across diary and travel management, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with broader office support. This role is perfect for an Executive Assistant who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering to a high standard, and thrives in a professional yet warm boutique environment.

You will be confident, polished, and naturally personable, with the ability to build strong relationships and bring great energy to the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistant support to a team of investment professionals

  • Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and expenses

  • Coordinate meetings, investor sessions, and internal events

  • Prepare polished documents, presentations, and briefing materials

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Support office operations and contribute positively to team culture

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity, finance, investment, or professional services

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent follow through

  • Confident communicator with a warm, engaging, and professional style

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and polished presentation
