We’re partnering with a high-performing, values-driven property development and investment group that is known for delivering landmark projects and fostering a collaborative, people-first culture. With a strong pipeline of developments and a reputation for excellence, this business is looking for a polished and proactive Mandarin-speaking Personal & Executive Assistant to support their CEO on a 12-month maternity contract, with the potential to extend.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Acting as the CEO’s right hand, you’ll provide both executive and personal support across all areas of their professional and private life, ensuring their time, priorities, and relationships are managed seamlessly. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and the broader executive team to keep things running smoothly across a fast-paced, project-driven business.

About the Role
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex diaries, travel, and meetings.
  • Assist with personal administration including scheduling, lifestyle management, and private appointments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Oversee operational functions such as procurement, vendor coordination, and expense processing.
  • Liaise confidently across internal teams, external stakeholders, and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Contribute to projects, company events, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and team collaboration.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in executive support, administration, or operations within a corporate environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing competing priorities and taking initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ideally project or workflow management tools.
  • Professional, discreet, and approachable — someone who thrives on building trusted relationships.
Why You’ll Love It
  • Join a respected, people-focused investment firm with a strong reputation for excellence.
  • Work in a collaborative, high-trust culture that values initiative, growth, and balance.
  • A 12-month maternity contract with the genuine possibility to extend or go permanent for the right candidate.
