Looking for something more than just an EA role? This is your chance to step into a fast paced, high performing investment business where no two days are the same. This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, loves wearing multiple hats, and enjoys being the glue that holds a business together.

We are partnering with a boutique property investment firm with an impressive track record and strong growth trajectory. Based in stunning CBD offices, they are now looking for a switched on, energetic and highly organised EA to support the CEO, lead investor relations administration, and take charge of office operations.

This is a multifaceted position where you will play a critical part in the success of the business. You will provide high level support to the CEO, manage key investor communications, and ensure the office runs smoothly. From preparing IMs and investor reports, to coordinating events, handling board papers, onboarding new team members and being the face of the office, this role offers genuine variety, exposure and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive support to the CEO including complex diary, travel and communications
  • Manage investor onboarding, distributions, reporting and AML KYC compliance
  • Prepare board packs, presentations, IMs and investor updates
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients and third party providers across marketing, finance and tech
  • Oversee office operations including supplies, systems, events and new starter onboarding
  • Maintain and manage the CRM system (Salesforce), assist with compliance and coordinate investor queries
What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an EA, investor relations or office management role, ideally within property, funds management or financial services
  • Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder who is professional, confident and personable
  • Detail oriented, proactive and solutions focused, you get things done and enjoy a challenge
  • Tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
Why You Will Love It:
You will be working directly with a passionate and entrepreneurial leadership team who value their people and culture. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that blends EA, investor relations and office management, all within a business that is growing and going places. If you are looking to add real value, grow your skills, and be a key player in a close knit team, this is the one.
