About the RoleSupporting the CFO in a true 1:1 capacity, this role will require a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who can confidently manage changing priorities and operate with discretion and professionalism.
You will be heavily involved in coordinating executive workflows, supporting communication across the finance team and collaborating closely with wider business units to ensure projects, deadlines and operational priorities are delivered seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary, inbox and meeting management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports and board documentation
- Managing expenses, invoices and finance related administration
- Acting as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting leadership meetings including agendas, action items and follow ups
- Assisting with project coordination across finance and broader business teams
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to support key business initiatives and operational outcomes
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supporting team coordination and helping drive efficiency across the finance function
- Proven experience supporting senior executives within a corporate environment
- Property, finance or professional services experience highly regarded
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate at pace
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with polished presentation
