A well-established and well-backed private development company, currently in an exciting phase of acquisition and growth, is seeking a driven and capable Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
Reporting to a Senior Development Manager, and working closely with a Project Director and General Manager, this role will see you managing two key projects — one focused on residential land and another incorporating built-form residential and land lease communities.

We’re open to a Development Manager with solid experience looking to join a strong, well-capitalised developer, or an Assistant Development Manager ready to step up and take on more responsibility. The team offers flexible working arrangements, with three days in the office and two from home to support work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage project programming, budgeting, and cost control
- Oversee consultants, design briefs, and ensure quality, timely outcomes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities and contractors
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to shape the product vision and customer experience
- Proven experience as a Development Manager in residential land development, or an ADM ready for the next step
- Strong commercial acumen and delivery capability
- A proactive, collaborative, and energetic approach
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow under the guidance of senior mentors
