The Role
As Development Manager, you’ll lead one of Brisbane's most exciting Residential projects currently in development. With the project well underway and fully funded, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on a high quality precinct that includes premium apartments, townhouses, heritage and luxury homes. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end development across planning, design, approvals, delivery, and marketing.
- Maximise project outcomes through strategic planning, strong financial management, and value creation.
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience delivering Residential apartment projects. Further requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Development, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing Residential built-form development projects.
- Strong financial, project, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capability.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
