We’re looking for a Design Manager to join a forward-thinking property developer delivering high-end, exquisite design, multi-staged residential projects across Sydney.

The team is seeking a talented and motivated Design Manager to join them. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of landmark projects and ensuring they meet high standards of innovation, sustainability, and enduring value.
The Opportunity
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through delivery.
- Manage and coordinate consultants, ensuring projects meet budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Oversee approvals, compliance, and integration of brand design standards.
- Drive design reviews, value-engineering, and risk management.
- Support acquisitions with feasibility and yield assessments.
- Degree in Architecture(or related).
- 4+ years in an architectural firm (NSW) plus 2+ years in a client-side role.
- Strong residential experience – high-end and multi-stage preferred.
- Knowledge of BCA, ADG, DBP Act, and Australian Standards.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
