The Role
Reporting to Head of Commercial Finance, your role will include:
-finance business partner for a portfolio of development projects.
-provide project teams expertise in project and stage feasibilities, project accounting, forecasting and project reporting.
-produce scorecard performance reporting
-project manage development of future scorecard performance reporting phases and maintenance of current dashboards
-analyse, review and report project expenditure, budget, and income variations and implement best practice monitoring processes
-train the project teams in using the forecast and reporting tool used by the business and partner with the teams to understand project financial KPI's and the implication of the project financials on the wider business
-prepare and review PCG, ExCo and Board submissions
-drive process improvement
-work cross functionally to understand data requirements
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have extensive experience in project budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow preparation in a project related environment. Demonstrated understanding of the property development sector is essential to be considered for this role. Strong business partnering, customer focus and communication skills will ensure your success in this role.
