The organisation is an owner and occupier of a significant portfolio of property and social infrastructure assets. These assets include medical facilities, laboratories, training space, office, logistics, parking and more.
We are seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager to join the team. Duties will include:
- Establishing the program of work to be delivered
- Overseeing the program of work
- Managing 1-3 project managers / assistant project manager
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinating consultants and contractors to drive outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, and quality standards
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Strong technical understanding of design and construction processes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a program of work and prioritise effectively
- Experience in health infrastructure highly advantageous
