Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Tender Coordinator to support their pre-construction and business development functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender submission process
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality bids, proposals and presentations
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and supporting documentation
- Maintain and update tender documentation, templates and registers
- Support business development initiatives, including client engagement and opportunity tracking
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction, property or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timeframes
