The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager (ADM) to support a Development Manager dedicated to a key growth corridor. You will work across multiple assets and large-scale projects at varying stages of the development lifecycle.
This role offers exposure to:
- Concept & design development
- Town planning processes
- Leasing support and tenant engagement
- Tender preparation
- Project delivery and build-phase coordination, working closely with the in house project managers.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an intelligent, proactive and organised individual with experience in:
- Land subdivision, industrial, data centres or, but less highly regarded, commercial development.
- A background as a Valuer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or an Assistant Development Manager seeking to step into a high-performing development environment.
- A property-related degree
- Relevant industry experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- A willingness to work closely with a Development Manager, and the extended team across all stages of the development lifecycle
