Last week General Manager & Capstone Director, Luke Borg, was invited to speak on the panel of the WIDAC Challenging Gender Norms breakfast.

The main topic was how to influence more gender diverse hiring in the workplace, and how to address the barriers individuals are facing when challenging gender norms.

Luke says ” The best way to forge a gender equal world is to educate people from a young age. As a parent, I believe empowering your daughters and educating your sons will have the biggest impact on breaking down the barriers, and eliminating gender biased hiring. ”
