Capstone has proudly sponsored the Property Council of Australia’s Annual Women in Property lunch for over a decade. The event always draws a significant audience thanks to the quality of speakers and thought provoking discussion topics. This year’s event was no exception, with a sell-out number of people in attendance and an inspirational and motivational speech from Australia’s rewilding and nature pioneer Gina Chick.

Promoting diversity in the Property industry continues to be a priority for Capstone. We work with the sector to encourage females to enter the industry, to ensure our shortlists are diverse and to source women for senior leadership mandates. In the past 3 years the number of women Capstone has sourced for Executive/Leadership appointments has increased on average by 10% year-on-year.
