This is a busy, varied and hands-on role supporting a Managing Director and the broader team. You’ll be across everything—from diaries and travel to office supplies and team support. You’ll work closely with an amazing EA/Office Manager and be that go-to person who keeps things humming behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Juggling calendars and booking meetings like a scheduling ninja
- Organising travel (yes, even the tricky last-minute stuff)
- Reconciling expenses and helping keep things running smoothly
- Pitching in on office tasks, meeting room setups and supply runs
- Supporting the EA/Office Manager with all sorts of admin
- Being a friendly face and helpful hand to the wider team
- Previous Team Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, ideally in finance or a professional services environment
- Super organised with a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure
- Great with tech. Microsoft Office, Outlook and Slack are all part of the mix
- A “no task too small” attitude and a natural problem-solver
- Warm, approachable, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team
