About the Role:
As the Team Assistant and Research & Database Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the research team by collecting, analysing, and maintaining key property data. While assisting with administrative tasks, you will also take on the responsibility of maintaining and updating research databases, preparing reports, and contributing to market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the research team, including scheduling, coordination, and general office management.
- Collect and analyse property data to support ongoing research activities.
- Maintain and update research spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of market reports, property research, and presentations for internal and external clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of bid submissions and marketing materials when needed.
- Work closely with the Research Director and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting.
- Undertake additional administrative and research duties as required.
- Ideally, you’ll be a first or second-year student with a keen interest in commercial property markets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to assist colleagues and take on new tasks.
- Friendly, professional, and a team player.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows operating environment.
- Knowledge of macro-economic trends and commercial property markets.
- Understanding of data management systems and database software.
