Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate on-site construction for residential villa/house projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, monitoring progress and quality
- Strictly implement Australian building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Review construction drawings, identify issues, and promptly communicate with designers and engineers to resolve them
- Oversee site materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
- Ensure site safety and compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager.
- Background in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields preferred
- Previous on-site management experience in Australian house & land projects is an advantage
- Familiar with NSW building regulations, construction methods, and quality standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage multiple trades and teams
- Ability to handle on-site issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility with proven team management experience
- Possession of a valid White Card and relevant occupational health & safety certificates
- Holding a Builder License and bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) will be highly regarded.
