The Role:
Lead end-to-end project delivery across procurement, design, approvals, and construction. This pivotal role involves overseeing consultant and contractor procurement, managing design coordination and authority approvals, and administering head contracts. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
About You:
The right individual will have a proven background of project management within the development and construction of ideally apartment projects. You will have a minimum of eight years project management experience with the proven ability to run projects autonomously. Your ability to lead, motivate and manage multiple projects and sizes is essential.
