The Role
Working directly for the Developer, the Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role in end-to-end delivery of each stage of this major project. The role will lead a team of design consultants and tier 1 & 2 contractors through project activities including scoping, approvals, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. The role be pivotal in identifying risk across a complex $1.5bil precinct and may also be the project Superintendent, responsible for overall Contract Administration.
You
The successful candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related degree (Engineering, Design etc)
- Proven expertise in project management of major capital projects, within complex commercial environments, multiple stakeholders and significant risk management experience.
- Experience delivering large scale mixed-use projects
- Proven track record across multiple sectors incl Residential (ideally Land & Built-form) AND Commercial, Retail, Hotels, Leisure or Hospitality.
