As the Senior Manager Facilities and Services, you will report to the Director and lead a team of eight FM Specialists who focus on delivering Hard FM services including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, BMS, Security Systems, Lifts to ensure the public accesses safe and fit for purpose facilities, and their staff are housed in comfortable and efficient workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and develop internal Facilities staff (Sydney + Regional)
- Provide oversight for the outsourced FM Service provider
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and provide solutions.
- Flexible Work environment and multiple office locations (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

- Salary circa $200K Package including superannuation

This role will suit a professional Facilities or Building Services Manager who has demonstrated experience in leading a large team of FM or Services professionals.
- You will have Relevant technical training and education such as Engineering or Trade certificate in Mechanical or Electrical services.
- A Demonstrated understanding of Hard FM from a base building perspective and commercial acumen required for budgeting and managing high level relationships.
