What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of a significant masterplanned community project from inception
- Manage project programming, budgeting, and cost control
- Oversee consultants, design briefs, and ensure quality outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including authorities and contractors
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Work closely with sales and marketing to shape the product and customer journey
- Proven experience as a Development Manager in residential land development
- Ready to step into a senior leadership role and take ownership of a major project
- Strong commercial acumen and project delivery skills
