Position Overview:
They are currently experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Development Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end development. Experience in build-to-rent (BTR), co-living, or PBSA development is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end development management, within in hotel, co-living, BTR, or PBSA sectors.
- Strong negotiation and contractor management skills.
