Experience & Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive understanding of and experience delivering in the utilities, and preferably energy industry.
• Experience in delivering complex, enterprise SAP projects, including S/4HANA migration programs leveraging SAP RISE.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes; stakeholder engagement and relationship management is key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the technical teams
• Leading/managing project partners and vendors.
• Ability to create roadmaps based on current and future needs of the business.
• Exceptional influencing, active listening, communication, workload prioritisation skills and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational programs AND be hands on where needed to ensure delivery requirements are met.
