We are working with a highly regarded property group to manage their prestigious mixed-use complex in the heart of Sydney.
About the Role:
As Building Manager, you’ll ensure the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of the site, overseeing building services, maintenance, resident support, and contractor management. You’ll be the primary onsite point of contact, responsible for coordinating move ins and fostering a strong community experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine and reactive maintenance, contractor works, and essential services (AFSS, HVAC, lifts, fire services, lighting)
- Liaise with residents, Strata Management, Owners Corporation and service providers professionally and promptly
- Maintain site documentation, manage access control, and conduct CCTV reviews where required
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and occupants regarding building access, by-laws, and daily operational matters
- Monitor compliance with strata rules and building policies (e.g. noise, waste disposal, short-term letting)
- Issue written notices or breach warnings where required, in line with strata legislation and internal procedure
- Proven experience in residential or mixed-use building management
- Knowledge of NCC, WHS obligations, and building compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in BuildingLink, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools
