What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Manage meeting rooms, catering, and events to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, couriers, and office supplies
- Support with presentations, documents, and general administration
- Keep the reception area looking impeccable at all times
